2019 Nicholson Jones Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2019 Cabernet from Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard may be the most dynamic vintage to date from this unique site in southern Napa. The nose is rich with classic Cabernet aromatics of black currant, plum, tobacco leaf and leather, which come to fruition on the palate flanked by bright red fruits, blueberry, cocoa and dried thyme. Densely aromatic, with lithe grace and impossibly silky tannins, this agile wine lingers long in memory with warm cocoa notes and cranberry freshness.
